Thin Air Fitness Hiking is a Colorado based fitness company that organizes and sponsers group multiday hikes for individuals who are ready to make a committment to better health. 

At ThinAir, we believe the first step in any fitness plan is having a workout that is fun to engage in . So instead of trips to the gym to face the treadmill, ThinAir Fitness utilizes the Rocky Mountains as the main tool for better health. 

Cardio is certainly a key ingredient in any fitness routine. From experience, we have learned that hiking in the thin air of the mountains is one of the best, most enjoyable ways to improve your conditioning and overall wellness. Plus, when the destination of the hike is reached, you will be able to see and photograph views that are normally reserved for only the most serious enthusiasts.  

Each hike has a specific destination. The purpose of reaching the destination is for you make a permanent change in your life to stay in shape. The ThinAir Team is committed to helping you achieve this goal, and will make sure you and your group arrives at the destination.
